Coat of Arms/Seal

I am looking for an identification to a certain seal with a coat of arms
which is explained on the website:

It is probably german.


My questions:

1. Can anyone identify this seal?
2. Does anyone have a picture to show of the families Holleben and Praun
coat of arms? This is because I have been told there are similarities
to this seal and I have not been able to get a picture of them.
